Join the Team:

At PrizePicks, we aren’t just following the game—we’re changing how it’s played. As the fastest-growing sports company in North America, we sit at the high-speed intersection of technology, sports, and public policy. The sports entertainment landscape is evolving at a breakneck pace, and our Government Affairs team is the "tip of the spear" in ensuring that innovation stays ahead of the curve.

We are a team of relentless problem-solvers who thrive on complexity, turning regulatory challenges into competitive advantages. From State Capitols across the country to the halls of Congress, we are defining the future of fantasy sports. If you want to witness how high-stakes gubernatorial primaries and a shifting national gaming map impact a billion-dollar industry in real-time, this is your huddle.

What you’ll do:

  • National Legislative Support: Act as a force multiplier for team members throughout the country, assisting with the real-time tracking of legislation and the development of state-specific advocacy strategies.
  • Advocacy Project Integration: Serve as a leading architect helping to build the foundation for the future of PrizePicks advocacy efforts, auditing 2026 legislative sessions nationwide to populate our advocacy engine with updated legislator profiles and voting records.
  • State, Local, and Federal Lobbying: Gain hands-on exposure to the lobbying process. You will assist in preparing briefing materials for legislative meetings, drafting policy one-pagers, and helping manage our roster of external consultants and firms.
  • Strategic Regulatory Benchmarking: Support the development of a national "Policy Playbook" by analyzing how diverse jurisdictions have updated their regulatory frameworks to accommodate industry innovation. You will help identify best-in-class legislative models and administrative precedents that align with modern fantasy sports formats to support our multi-state advocacy and compliance goals.
  • Real-Time Political Intelligence: Monitor the high-stakes 2026 electoral landscape in key national, state, and local jurisdictions. There will be a focus on gubernatorial and attorney general races.

What makes you stand out:

  • A Political Junkie: You follow the news like most people follow their favorite team. You understand the significance of a committee vote and aren't intimidated by a 50-page regulatory filing.
  • Strategy-Minded: You have a passion for state and federal policy and an interest in how legislative strategy translates into business growth.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive in fast-paced environments where the "playbook" can change with a single court ruling or a surprise candidate entry.
  • A Strong Communicator: You can distill complex competitive and policy dynamics into short, high-impact, and politically-attuned messaging.
  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in government, politics, law, communications or similar.
