This role is to support the Governance Transformation team to transform the governance process and control environment of PFA. This would include managing various initiatives to achieve the overall objective, through stakeholder and project management.Job Description:
Perform control reviews to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations on control enhancements.
Ensure regular communication with key stakeholders, understand any key concerns in how the initiative is being delivered or any risks/issues that have either not yet been identified or are not being progressed. Ensure dependencies and challenges (risks) are escalated and managed.
Track objectives, key deliverables, decisions, timelines and delivery of various initiatives. Identify and communicate key risks, challenges and dependencies between initiatives, to enable issues and concerns to be flagged quickly and addressed.
Validate deliverables (where needed) to ensure that objectives and intent are being met
Work with initiative Leads to produce meeting packs for Steering Committees, working committees and other ad-hoc reports. Ensure salient points and actions of meetings are well documented.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
Working Experience
5 - 6 years in relevant roles covering audit, regulations, risk and compliance
