About the Golin New York Creative Graduate Internship Program (Summer 2026)

This is a paid, 3-month internship running from June through September, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in a hybrid work environment.

As an intern, you’ll benefit from:

About the Role

As a Golin intern, you’ll contribute to a variety of meaningful public relations and communication initiatives, including:

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partnering with integrated teams to develop creative solutions and ensure seamless communication.
  • Media & Influencer Engagement: Supporting relationship-building and outreach with journalists, creators, and influencers.
  • Reporting & Project Support: Helping draft reports, track performance data, manage operations, and prepare materials for client meetings.
  • Monitoring & Content Creation: Tracking news cycles, identifying trends, and helping produce compelling content.
  • Research: Conducting research to inform strategy, storytelling, and campaign development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (0–2 years of relevant experience).
  • Academic background in Advertising, Communications, Liberal Arts, Political Science, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related fields.
  • Genuine passion for community empowerment, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to uncover insights and translate ideas into action.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and fluency in platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.

Salary range: $22/hour

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
