Why Work for Aurora?
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Golf balls rarely fly straight, but our service always should. Rangers act as the main face of the course from the first tee through the final hole. Maintaining the pace of play keeps everyone happy while they hunt for lost balls in the woods. Genuine kindness makes every interaction better, even during busy afternoons. Helping people find their way or providing water proves we put the player first. Doing the right thing stays the top priority when checking receipts or handling a tough call solo. Staying calm under pressure helps maintain peace and preserve a professional atmosphere on the greens. Heavy bags and muddy cart paths come with the territory, so being prepared for manual work is essential. Serving our local public requires an honest approach and a friendly smile every single day.
