Position Summary
You will support clinical trial operations in Taiwan over one year. You will work closely with study teams, suppliers, and sites to help run priority studies. We value curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This role offers real responsibility, skill growth, and direct contribution to work that helps people’s health through teamwork and science.

Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support clinical trial submission activities and prepare required documentation.
  • Assist with safety reporting and tracking of adverse event information.
  • Help manage clinical trial materials, including cold chain logistics when required.
  • Maintain and update the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and support archiving.
  • Support study start-up, monitoring visits, and close-out tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely deliverables.


Why You?

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Enrolled in a university program in pharmacy, life sciences, medicine, nursing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work 32 hours per week during the academic year and full time during summer months.
  • Right to work in Taiwan and able to work on-site at our Taiwan office (role is primarily on-site with possible hybrid flexibility depending on business needs).


Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Prior exposure to clinical trial processes, regulatory submissions, or site coordination.
  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems or eTMF platforms.
  • Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance and safety reporting.
  • Experience managing clinical supplies or cold chain logistics.
  • Comfortable working with cross-cultural teams and external vendors.
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving mindset, and ability to learn quickly.
