Position Summary
The Wipes GM is responsible for setting the long-term strategic vision and commercialization strategy in North America. Accountable for sustained and profitable growth across the P&L by developing and implementing strategies and tactics that optimize business growth of our solutions and brands in priority industry segments. The responsibilities of this role also include the Development of the strategic framework and overall strategy for KCP North America for Sustainability. This includes managing the execution and adherence of the increasing guidelines/requirements government and regulatory requirements related to Sustainability, development of commercial strategies to advance our value proposition with our customers in this area, managing Thrive our landfill diversion program for all brands in KCP NA (HHT and Wipers).
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Business and Market Strategy and Activation
- Establish and execute strategic plan for KCP ABU developed by deep customer and end user insights in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Is accountable for the end-to-end ABU P&L, with greater emphasis on commercial growth by leveraging enterprise solutions to deliver
- Develop revenue generating marketing strategies and initiatives to increase new business, reduce customer churn and increase loyalty with End Users, DSRs and Distributors, in line with our brand and commercial strategies.
- Development and execution of overall KCP NA Sustainability plan
Category Innovation and Renovation
- Translates business priorities into category brand strategies, objectives, and plans based on deep segment/category insights. Understands how to effectively win with end user customers through winning product and business-model solutions, pricing, and positioning.
- Collaborates with R&E and Supply Chain to develop and bring product and business-model solutions to market at the right cost with the right environmental footprint aligned with ECS strategies, P&L needs, and sustainability goals; engages in demand & supply planning.
Operational Performance
- Owns end-to-end category brand strategy and execution of category brands and drives growth in priority brands.
- Manage ABU KPIs and profitability, revenue, and customers’ targets across brands via a disciplined cross functional operating system with strong metrics to hold the entire team accountable.
- Shares responsibility for ABU sales strategy with Segment Sales and channel marketing team
- Mobilizes a cross functional team across organizational boundaries, generates commitment and raises performance.
Talent Management
- Cultivates and builds strong expertise in category management and brand building
- Drive Talent Strategy execution, including strategic talent acquisition, performance and development and workplace culture strategies
Leadership Competencies / Qualifications
- 15+ years in marketing and general management with demonstrated track record of results delivery and stakeholder management at the country/regional level
- Visionary and execution-driven mindset and expert knowledge of brand-building marketing practices
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or MBA recommended
- Critical thinking skills with an ability to tackle unique projects with a positive and problem-solving mindset
- Deep expertise developing differentiated strategies, plans and solutions.
- Fast learner with ability to establish relationships quickly and manage projects under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and develop talent across various roles
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and across different initiatives / projects and deal with different stakeholders
- Ability to build, motivate, manage, and develop strong teams

Salary Range: 215,900 – 279,100 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
