DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mandate: Grow the GAH Postpaid business by maximizing customer value among existing subscribers – upsell, retention, and engagement
CUSTOMER ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS
Drives weekly dashboarding and customer insighting
Consolidates base performance metrics across monetization and engagement
Drills down and performs complex exploratory studies to identify correlation of business drivers & customer behavior (product experience, customer interests and willingness to buy)
Integrating diverse and relevant information and dashboards to internal departments to update market profiles and create game plans
MARKETING OPERATIONS
Identifies pain points in current processes/customer touchpoints causing complaints or churn and creates the game plan to address them, within product capabilities and annual budget, which will result in lower churn
Continuous innovation to maximize opportunities identified in customer sentiments as aligned with the company’s vision
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION
Translates the brand strategy to target the right customer with the right offer at the right time through the right channels
Orchestrates the design of monetization and engagement programs, working with internal teams to shape the core journeys
Drives execution readiness and delivery in a timely manner, ensuring that this is aligned across all platforms
Engages and builds strong relationships with all readiness partners – Product, customer experience, marketing, and finance
Leads project planning, scheduling, controlling, and reporting activities for all Base Management campaigns. Manage risks & ensure beta solutions to problems are implemented in line with existing control processes
Manages the integrated lifecycle calendar for GAH Postpaid Base Management
