NVIDIA is looking to hire a Global Trade Compliance Analyst to join our growing worldwide Compliance team. Responsibilities will include product classification (import / export), maintaining internal record keeping, updating logs and auditing records. This position will be a permanent role and is a great opportunity for an experienced Compliance professional with strong experience and training in a world class (and) growing team.
What you will be doing:
You will be working within NVIDIA’s Legal Team in the EMEA region, supporting other functional groups including: EMEA Corporate Shipping / Receiving, regional Trade Compliance teams, regional Office Managers, WW Logistics, Engineering and Sales / Marketing departments and external customers to support import/export processes
You will be supervising and tracking import / export activity where NVIDIA is party to an EMEA transaction
Reviewing Sanctioned Party List / Legal Control Blocks in SAP GTS
Identifying and escalating “red flags” to management
Conducting internal audits of customs related documents in line with ISO
Crafting detailed processes and flows
Work with designated Brokers to amend discrepancies
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Social Science or Arts is required. A Master's Degree is highly advantageous
5+ years of trade compliance experience.
Experience in an analytical role is required - in a high-tech environment is an advantage
Working knowledge of Polish, ABW and EU regulations
Knowledge of Regulation (EU) 2021/821 is essential
Knowledge of US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) EAR regulations is highly advantageous
Demonstrate working knowledge of ABW from a dual-use perspective
Knowledge of product classification (HS-Code / ECCN) is required
Experience with internal and external audits is essential
Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Tax / Finance, and IT departments to achieve our compliance objectives
Solid grounding of SAP GTS is essential
Polish speaker with excellent communication skills and fluency in English (verbal and written)
