Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Global Total Rewards & Mobility Director will have leadership responsibility, own, drive, execute, and adjust the global total rewards strategy & philosophy across QVC Group region, ensuring alignment and integration of these responsibilities and processes with the QVC Group business strategies and goals.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA Corporate Office several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ or DE. Relocation assistance is available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Own, drive, and execute the global total rewards strategy and philosophy for QVC Group, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Advocate for the QVC Group region within global total rewards programs, ensuring regional needs are represented.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of total rewards subject matter experts.
  • Provide strategic guidance to People and Business leaders on rewards policies, programs, and practices.
  • Deliver, manage, and customize global total rewards programs to meet regional and business requirements.
  • Lead medium to large-scale global or regional total rewards projects, including change and project management.
  • Oversee annual total rewards processes across QVC Group International.
  • Conduct market and best‑practice research and share insights, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and legal alignment by partnering with Legal, Finance, and external partners.
  • Oversee benefits program design and governance across QVC International, including health, wellness, pension, and retirement programs.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelors or equivalent in Business / Finance / Economics / Human Resources or any related field. Master degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in compensation and benefits design as well as leading highly talented teams
  • Experience in international total rewards including general knowledge of compensation & benefit practices and policies across Europe and Asia.
  • Good understanding of how business strategies drive total rewards initiatives.
  • Strong external network with deep knowledge of benchmarking practices and metrics.
  • Proven understanding of intraregional cultural differences, as well as demonstrated experience working successfully in a matrix environment.
