A Little About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in global compensation and benefits. As an intern, you’ll support the Total Rewards team in delivering data-driven insights, assisting with projects, and learning how we structure competitive, compliant, and employee-focused rewards programs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support compensation benchmarking and internal pay analysis by gathering data, conducting market research, and preparing compensation summary information.
Assist with the annual compensation cycle, including data validation, tracking merit and bonus payment, and helping prepare communications or reports.
Help review total rewards programs across regions and ensure plan documentation and employee education materials are up to date and organized.
Partner with team members to track vendor performance and support ongoing projects related to benefits design, employee engagement, and/or wellness.
Help maintain and audit HRIS data related to pay, benefits, and job architecture to ensure accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
Prepare and format presentations, reports, and communications to support total rewards initiatives and update stakeholders.
Conduct research on regulatory trends, pay transparency laws, and industry practices to help inform compensation and benefits planning.

What You’ll Need
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related degree is preferred.
Interest in compensation, benefits, HR analytics and how those areas intersect with strategy.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering accurate, timely results in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
Strong eye for detail with a curiosity to dig into the details.
Strong communication and organizational skills are needed for effective project management.
Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
Bonus If You Have
Experience in a prior internship or other role in an HRIS (Workday), payroll system (ADP), compensation tools (Aon, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Pay Factors), and/or benefits administration systems.
