Job Description

Global Technology Project Management Lead, Integrated Portfolio Management

Associate Director | United Kingdom | Hybrid or Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Technology Project Manager to join our ‘Integrated Portfolio Management’ Technology team. You will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of enterprise technology projects that directly support our global commercial real estate services to corporate occupier clients.

This is a high-impact position where you will oversee the delivery of complex, globally-deployed technology initiatives focused on our core business systems covering Lease Administration, Property Management, Lease Accounting, and Transaction Management. You will be responsible for ensuring critical applications meet the evolving needs of our business whilst maintaining the highest standards of project governance and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading direct-reporting and matrix-reporting Project Managers across multiple geographies, providing direction and guidance whilst fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Taking personal ownership of large-scale, complex global technology projects from initiation through to successful delivery. This includes managing projects with significant budgets, multiple stakeholder groups, technical complexity and organisational impact.
  • Establishing and maintaining robust project governance frameworks that ensure consistent methodologies, reporting standards and quality controls across all technology projects for Integrated Portfolio Management. You will define and enforce project management standards, templates and best practices aligned to industry frameworks.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels across the organisation, including engagement with global and regional business leaders, technology teams and external vendors. You will ensure clear, timely and effective communication of project status, risks, issues and dependencies to all relevant audiences.
  • Driving compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements and internal controls across all project activities. This includes ensuring appropriate risk management, change control, data governance and audit readiness throughout project lifecycles.

About You

You will bring experience in technology project management within complex, global organisations, ideally with exposure to commercial real estate, professional services or other matrix-structured environments. You will have a track record of successfully delivering large-scale enterprise application projects, particularly involving lease management, property management, ERP or related business systems.

You will demonstrate strong people management capabilities with experience of managing high-performing project teams.

Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and relevant professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile) are desirable, but demonstratable practical experience will be the priority. You will have a sophisticated understanding of project governance frameworks and the ability to tailor approaches to suit different project contexts.

You will possess exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage effectively with executives, regional leaders and technical specialists alike. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language will be essential.

Strong commercial acumen and financial management capabilities are essential, along with demonstrated experience managing project budgets of significant scale. You will be comfortable with financial planning, forecasting and reporting at programme and portfolio levels.

A solid understanding of enterprise software delivery, including knowledge of implementation approaches for SaaS platforms, system integrations, data migration and change management will be important for success in this role.

Given the global nature of this position, you will be comfortable working across time zones and cultures, with the flexibility to accommodate international collaboration when required. Previous experience working in or with teams across EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific regions would be highly advantageous.

What We Offer

The opportunity to lead technology project management at a global scale within a leading commercial real estate services organisation, working on projects that have genuine business impact across our worldwide ‘Integrated Portfolio Management’ operations.

A position with significant autonomy and scope to shape project management practices, methodologies and team capabilities for Integrated Portfolio Management.

Competitive remuneration package commensurate with the Associate Director level, including performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Flexible hybrid or remote working arrangements that balance collaboration with autonomy, recognising the global nature of the role whilst being based in the UK.
