University degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. MBA qualifications will be highly regarded.
Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in IT with over 10 years in leadership positions managing at least a medium size team
Experience in managing over 30 IT resources across regions with different technical skillset
International mind set and work experience in a MNC with matrix reporting a must
Previous experience working in the Finance/Banking industry will be favorable
Good command of English (both oral and written) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical background and understanding gained from previous solid and hands-on experience from one or more of the following IT specialties such as application development and analysis; system engineering; system, network and data base administration; data center operations will be required
Good understanding of application delivery life cycle; infrastructure, network, database, and data center service provisioning, Cloud technology, Agile delivery approach, incident and change management process a must
Solid experience in architecture and system design methodology, ie. API Service
High awareness of technology, business and regulatory risks and a good understanding of Info Security technology and solutions to mitigate such risks
Able to understand local regulation requirements and transform them to IT compliance requirements
Good presentation skills
Able to understand business needs and transform them into technical solutions

Must be a great team player and possess a collaborative mindset to work with regional and global teams to deliver results

Impact You'll Make:
Responsible for setting IT vision and strategies for TU Philippines
Assess all technologies in the market, provide advice and offer solutions for adoption and improvement
Manage an IT team consisting of both full-time associates and contractors to ensure the success of project delivery and smoothness of IT operation
Responsible for full software development life cycle to deliver quality products on time and within budget
Knowledge, familiarity and hands-on experience in a wide suite of technologies including Cloud, Data, AI and Machine Learning, Agile, Automation, DevOps.
Ensure all technology practices adhere to Info Security and Compliance standard that are aligned with industry best practice and global TU security standard
Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics
Drive application support, incident and change management process to meet both internal and external SLA
Manage IT application support service KPIs continuously to improve the customer satisfaction
Work with global corporate teams to implement global solutions for the local market
Manage IT budget to assess technological performance and ROI
Uplift and up-skill the team, provide coaching and mentoring
