In this context, Pernod Ricard is looking for an Enterprise Architect – Consumer Domain / MarTech to shape and govern the technology strategy enabling brand growth, consumer engagement, and scalable digital experiences across global markets.

You will:
Define and evolve the Consumer Domain target architecture, covering brand activation, digital marketing, marketing automation, consumer data platforms, personalization ecosystems, CMS/DXP/DAM, and consumer analytics.
Translate business strategy into architectural blueprints and multi-year roadmaps, ensuring scalability, security, simplicity, and global coherence.
Own and evolve the Consumer Business Capability Model, driving a modular, composable MarTech stack with clear boundaries, integration patterns, and lifecycle governance.
Provide architectural impact assessments to support investment prioritization and business case validation.
Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards (security, data, integration, cloud, compliance) and contribute to cross-domain governance forums.
Collaborate with Enterprise Data and Integration architects to promote reusable, secure, and scalable data patterns (MDM, CDP, analytics platforms).
Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Commercial leaders, driving long-term structural scalability over short-term optimization.
You have 10+ years of experience in Enterprise, Domain, or Solution Architecture within complex international environments.
You bring deep knowledge of Consumer & MarTech ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, CDP/DMP, CMS/DXP, DAM/PIM, e-commerce, and commercial platforms.
You have the ability to translate business ambition into structured architectural roadmaps and enterprise-level decisions.
You understand customer and commercial processes such as CRM-driven engagement, e-commerce (B2B/B2C), revenue growth management, and sales execution.
You have exposure to GenAI-driven customer engagement or commercial AI use cases.
Experience in CPG, retail, luxury, or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
TOGAF, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are appreciated.
You operate comfortably in agile, product-oriented organizations.
You are a strong influencer and communicator, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and driving consensus.
You are fluent in English (French is a plus).
