The Global Team Coordinator provides high-level coordination and administrative support to the Global Brand Lead, the Cross Indication Lead and the Indication Lead MS. This position is highly visible and also serves as a liaison across all indications under study for Sanofi.

You will be part of the Global Commercial Team that is preparing for the launches of in MS and partnering across the organization with many teams to grow the department into a multi-indication mega blockbuster. Our product is one of Sanofi's 12 priority assets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manages calendar and invitations for cross key meetings, liaising across indications to ensure connection cadence is established and upheld.
  • Proactively manages key project content for delivery at the above meetings ensuring meeting pre-reads and presentations are ready in advance to drive for highly productive meetings.
  • Provide vital budget management support for the marketing team including the creation and tracking of purchase orders and tracking on budget on a month to month basis. Supports the marketing team to prepare for monthly budget reviews.
  • Works closely with GBL to operationalize asset governance/alignment touch points liaising with administrative partners to support leadership awareness and participation at relevant meetings.
  • Works in partnership with MS marketing team to support organization and delivery of key individual marketing materials, tracking progress and delivery milestones.
  • Manages multiple, often conflicting, priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Prioritizes and executes tasks with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Fulfills scheduling and coordination, document development, screening, and reporting for the area, including on-site administrative support.
  • Proactively manages calendars, schedules meetings, organizes events, manages domestic and global meeting logistics, and arranges domestic and international travels with both internal and external parties as needed. Ensures efficient and compliant processing of expenses related to these meetings. Maintains and establishes regular contact with counterparts

  • Provides a positive presence and excellent support with communications and meetings in person.

Specific Duties

  • Support MS congresses, and help manage the Global MS calendar
  • Collaborate with Team to coordinate GBTs/xTA commercial meetings/LPRs/LRRs/ BP (development/rollout/reviews) for updated attendees and shift conflicts due to affiliate requests or holiday cycle
  • Set up all MS Marketing Team meetings, xTA team meetings, Planning Meetings (on-site and off-site) and Affiliate touch- points (i.e. marketing councils)
  • Coordinate calendars with other administrative partners for Cross-indication leadership meetings, prepare agenda and minutes for such meetings
  • Manage distribution lists for Sanofi products including MS focused and Cross indication lists

About You

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years Executive Assistant or Sr. Administrative experience.
  • High level off proficiency in using technology including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and others).
  • High level of proficiency in scheduling and operating Zoom meetings.
  • Experience with SharePoint content administration.
  • Experience supporting senior-level business leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High ethical standards, maintenance of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and proficiently in a global, multi-site, multi-national environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and collaborate with cross-functional team members and other administrative staff
  • Team player
  • Ability to navigate organization with minimal direction, in support of completing task and flexible with time

The salary range for this position is:

$35.56 - $47.41
