Job Title: Global T&E Audit and Accounting Analyst

As an Analyst, You will be responsible for Coordinating travel booking globally. You will manage air ticket and hotel bookings for the India region using the Travel platform, providing technical support, training but your role extends globally. This means you’ll oversee and support travel arrangements for employees across different countries, ensuring bookings are handled efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

What will you do?

-Travel Coordination (India):

• Manage air ticket and hotel bookings through the Travel  platform for India region.
• Visa requirement and coordination
• Ensure adherence to travel policies and timely confirmations.

-Global Technical Support:

• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for Navan platform globally.
• Act as a point of contact for global travel-related queries.

-Corporate card Administration

• New card request and issuance
• Maintenance/ cancellation of existing cards
• Coordinate with Navan and HDFC

-Invoicing & Reconciliation:

• Validate Navan invoicing and statements globally for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage CTA card reconciliation for India region.

-Training & Development:

• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new joiners on travel processes and Navan platform usage.

-Backup Responsibilities:

• Serve as backup for T&E Audit and Accounting resource.
• Act as backup for Sanaz for Europe region travel operations.

Experience, Education and other Skills Required:

• Post qualifications of 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor/ Master of commerce Is a plus
• Experience in multinational environment.

Competencies/ Skills Required:

• Proficiency in English.

• Basic accounting knowledge
• University Degree or relevant work experience.
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Good knowledge of administrative role
