The Role

This is a remote role based in England or Wales.

Working at WGSN

Together, we create tomorrow

A career with WGSN is fast-paced, exciting and full of opportunities to grow and develop. We're a team of consumer and design trend forecasters, content creators, designers, data analysts, advisory consultants and much more, united by a common goal: to create tomorrow.

WGSN's trusted consumer and design forecasts power outstanding product design, enabling our customers to create a better future. Our services cover consumer insights, beauty, consumer tech, fashion, interiors, lifestyle, food and drink forecasting, data analytics and expert advisory. If you are an expert in your field, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity

We are a high-growth, mid-sized global forecasting business on a mission to provide world-class insights to our clients. As we continue to scale through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, we are looking for a Global Talent Partner to serve as our central lead for all things Talent Acquisition (TA).

This role sits at the intersection of execution and strategy. You will be the architect of our global hiring ecosystem, balancing a hands-on req load with the high-level coordination of our global TA strategy. You will ensure that whether we are hiring in London, New York, or Singapore, our process is seamless and data-driven.

Your Mission

You will function as both a high-octane operational recruiter and a savvy project manager. Your goal is to harmonize our processes, leverage cutting-edge tech, and ensure our talent pipeline is as predictive as the forecasts we deliver to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a busy global req load, specializing in niche forecasting, data science, and commercial roles.

  • Act as a true consultant to hiring managers, helping them define profiles and interview rubrics that identify "top 1%" talent.

2. Global Coordination & Integration

  • Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for TA activities across the group. This includes coordinating the TA-related output of an internal FTE who, while reporting elsewhere, is a key resource in executing our recruitment goals.

  • M&A Integration: Lead the TA workstream for newly acquired businesses, harmonizing their hiring cultures and onboarding them into the "group way" of recruiting.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and contractor providers, ensuring they deliver ROI on high-priority or niche searches.

3. Systems & Process Optimization

  • Audit and optimize our ATS and tech stack, integrating AI tools to automate top-of-funnel sourcing and administrative heavy lifting.

  • Standardize global interview processes to ensure consistency, fairness, and a stellar candidate experience.

4. Driving Excellence through Data

  • Move beyond "time-to-fill" by driving sophisticated metrics such as Quality of Hire, Diversity of Pipeline, and Speed to Productivity.

  • Report regularly to the executive team on global hiring health, market trends, and internal capacity.

Who You Are

  • The Global Recruiter: You have a proven track record of managing recruitment in a fast-paced, international environment (SaaS, FinTech, or Professional Services preferred).

  • The Systems Thinker: You don't just use an ATS; you master it. You are excited by AI’s potential to make recruiting more human, not less.

  • The Collaborator: You excel at influencing without direct authority. You can coordinate tasks across different departments and manage the output of team members who have different line managers.

  • The Integrator: You have the emotional intelligence and project management skills to walk into an acquired company and guide them through change without causing friction.

  • The Operational Engine: You thrive on a busy desk. You are organized, relentless in your follow-up, and pride yourself on being the "point of truth" for all things hiring.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience managing a high volume of global reqs simultaneously across different time zones.

  • Demonstrable experience in process design (e.g., building interview kits, scorecards, and referral programs).

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to integrate disparate business units into a unified process.

  • Familiarity with global labor markets and UK/international recruitment compliance.

Why Join Us?

We are small enough that you will see the direct impact of every person you hire, but large enough to offer global complexity and professional challenge. You will have the autonomy to build a world-class TA function, backed by a leadership team that understands that talent is our only true competitive advantage.
