The Role

As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Kyndryl, you will play a pivotal role in driving both market-level workforce planning and functional hiring strategies across our global organization. This is a highly collaborative, matrixed role that requires balancing regional priorities with functional expertise to ensure timely, high-quality talent delivery.

You will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and our RPO provider to deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes while shaping the future of TA strategy. This role is critical in supporting our transition from IBM RPO to RSR RPO, ensuring continuity and excellence throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Support

  • Lead workforce planning and talent forecasting for assigned markets

  • Serve as escalation point for market-specific recruiting challenges and ensure resolution

  • Monitor and optimize RPO delivery performance within your markets, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met

  • Partner with delivery centers to align capacity with market demand

Functional Support

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies for assigned functions

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to anticipate skill needs and design proactive sourcing strategies

Talent Supply Chain

  • Ensure the talent supply chain is functioning effectively by working closely with Workforce Solutions (WS) teams

  • Apply a Build, Borrow, Buy approach to talent strategy:

    • Build: Partner with WS to develop internal talent pipelines

    • Borrow: Leverage contingent workforce and strategic partnerships

    • Buy: Drive external hiring strategies for critical skills

  • Integrate supply chain insights into workforce planning and recruiting decisions

Strategic Leadership

  • Drive TA transformation initiatives, including the transition from IBM RPO to RSR RPO, ensuring minimal disruption and strong delivery

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing consultative guidance on talent strategies

  • Analyze market and functional trends to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practice

Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition leadership within a global, matrixed organization

  • Proven ability to manage both geographic and functional recruiting strategies

  • Strong understanding of RPO models and vendor management

  • Expertise in workforce planning, talent supply chain management, and data-driven decision-making

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transformational environment

Compensation:

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $150,720 to $286,200 based on a full-time schedule.  Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $165,720 to $343,560 

Colorado: $150,720 to $286,200 

New York City: $180,720 to $343,560 

Washington: $165,720 to $314,880 

Washington DC: $165,720 to $314,880 

  

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.  Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
