JOB TITLE: Global Supply & MPS Process Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Global Supply Chain and Master Scheduling Process Specialist with expertise in SAP S/4HANA to optimize and support end-to-end supply chain processes globally.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing and improving supply chain operations using SAP S/4HANA modules to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business objectives.

This role will serve as a subject matter expert globally, and is responsible for implementing best practices, leading improvement projects and coordinating global supply efforts to ensure seamless operations and efficiency.

Work Location: This role requires a hybrid onsite work presence within one of the following locations and is not eligible for relocation nor sponsorship:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for all matters related to supply chain and master scheduling in S/4HANA.
  • Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement using S/4HANA.
  • Identify gaps in Master Data quality, define rules and measure adherence using S/4HANA.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to align with supply chain best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure supply chain processes align with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for process flows, procedures and system configurations.
  • Monitor KPIs and supply chain metrics to ensure optimal system performance and process adherence.
  • Provide support and training to end users as new processes and tools are developed.
  • Provide support and training to end users to resolve SAP-related issues.
  • Partner with IT to support deployment of S/4HANA as part of the global implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years progressive background in supply chain planning.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience using SAP S/4HANA, including the IBP Demand and Supply Planning modules.
  • Chemical industry alignment strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Experience with process mapping, business analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives to align the business with supply chain best practices.
  • Desire to drive change and achieve results in a complex organization with competing objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
  • Travel required: approx. 25%.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI preferred.
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
