As Global Study Manager within our R&D Clinical Development team, you'll coordinate cross-functional clinical operations and drive study delivery from planning through execution. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee study management at the Clinical team level regarding timelines, budget, and risk management
• Monitor study planning (functional Gantt chart) and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Prepare and monitor the investigational trial budget, ensuring accurate financial tracking
• Identify, monitor, and drive mitigation of study risks in collaboration with the Clinical team
• Drive Clinical team delivery and monitor progress toward Clinical Key Milestones, in alignment with project and study plans
• Manage information flow and timelines within the clinical team, working closely with the Clinical Operation Lead
• Provide assumptions for site numbers and enrollment rates for budget and planning purposes
• Ensure accurate reporting and study delivery to upper management

About you

• Experience: Proven track record in clinical study management or clinical operations within pharmaceutical or biotech environment
• Soft and technical skills: Strong project management capabilities, budget management expertise, risk assessment and mitigation skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, proficiency with clinical planning tools and systems
• Education: Life sciences degree or equivalent; advanced degree or project management certification is a plus
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is an advantage
