In brand management at PwC, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance and protect the company's brand image. You will manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and confirm consistency across all channels.

Responsibilities

This role supports alliance sales enablement by managing and updating sales content, coordinating account and relationship mapping, and assisting with joint customer targeting efforts. The role involves working across CRM systems and digital platforms to ensure data accuracy, maintain templates, and support reporting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a visual eye for content presentation are essential to streamline workflows and enhance field readiness.

Enablement Support

  • Assist in updating and formatting internal program enablement content.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of knowledge management repository.
  • Track content usage and flag outdated materials for refresh or retirement.

Data Consolidation and Standardization

  • Aggregate performance data from Excel files, Salesforce, and CRM Analytics Dashboards.
  • Run comparative and year-to-date analyses to support alliance health tracking and QBR preparation.

 

Data Entry & Reporting Assistance

  • Support data collection for enablement and targeting dashboards (e.g., Salesforce reports, Workfront tasks, Excel trackers).
  • Help monitor performance indicators tied to engagement metrics and alliance-specific initiatives.
  • Maintain accuracy of customer lists and mapping templates used for reporting and stakeholder visibility.
  • Support updates to knowledge management assets, including templates and solution briefs, ensuring latest versions are available in shared platforms.

Workstream Enablement and Management

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned workstreams to ensure deliverables, dependencies, and milestones remain on track.
  • Support leadership in moving various workstreams forward.
  • Monitor progress within each workstream, identify potential blockers, and escalate risks or delays to leadership as needed.
  • Facilitate regular workstream meetings by preparing agendas, capturing detailed notes, and tracking action-item follow-through.

What You Must Have

  • 1-2 years in sales operations, marketing support, alliance coordination within a corporate or professional services setting or similar roles
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives and apply storytelling techniques to sales materials
  • Creative mindset with strong visual editing and presentation skills
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work across digital platforms
  • Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
