About the Global SMB Project Manager – Reddit:
MarketStar is looking for a Global SMB Project Manager to support our Reddit team in maintaining and optimizing ongoing and new projects. As the team expands, this role will be critical in ensuring process adoption, performing audits, and managing key operational tasks to drive efficiency and reduce risk.
Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid
What Will You Do?
Process Adoption & Monitoring: Oversee the rollout of new initiatives and collaborate with leadership to drive engagement across dashboards, specifically regarding Task Prioritization and Agency Graduation tools.
Sales Process Audits: Conduct recurring audits of sales motions—including Pipeline health, Lead Drop rules, and Meeting Data—to identify optimization opportunities and maintain high compliance standards.
Operational Task Management: Manage recurring technical tasks, such as monthly updates to automation triggers and the administration of Grouper requests.
Ticket Consolidation: Serve as the central point of contact for Ad Policy and NDA-related ticketing, ensuring feedback consistency and workflow efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Resolve technical or procedural bottlenecks with clear resolution paths (e.g., Chili Piper or Gong automations) and escalate complex issues when necessary.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Professional Background: Proven experience in project management or sales operations, ideally within an SMB-focused environment.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with sales enablement and CRM tools, specifically Gong, Chili Piper, and data dashboards.
Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to perform detailed audits, identify data discrepancies, and propose actionable solutions.
Communication: Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional leaders and manage stakeholder expectations.
Problem Solving: Skilled at following established troubleshooting frameworks and effectively flagging systemic issues to the appropriate Points of Contact (POCs).
