In this critical role, you will oversee all stages of product creation, with a focus on execution, and play a key part in delivering exceptional products that shape Intel's physical security globally. You will define the vision, strategy, and road map for your product, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while driving impactful outcomes for customers and stakeholders. As a pivotal member of the team, you will influence how we innovate, prioritize, and deliver solutions that enhance the user experience and meet evolving demands.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical responsibilities for developing and maintaining key physical security technologies programs

  • Owns the Security System Infrastructure, which could include but not limited to Video Surveillance System, Incident Management, Access Control, Facial Recognition, License Plate Recognition.

  • Ensure security systems remain relevant and meet evolving information security and customer requirements by recommending product enhancements and next-generation solutions

  • Develop justification and ROI analysis for system enhancements and new product implementations

  • Manage Security Standard Operating Procedure Manual and Service Level Agreements (internal and external)

  • Develop and maintain security product roadmaps and systems documentation

  • Create acceptance testing criteria and deployment strategies for security systems

  • Oversee contractor and supplier management relationships

  • Serve as technical liaison between Corporate Security, Site Security, intelligence and internal/external product support organizations

  • Act as central point of contact during security systems-related emergencies

  • Communicate technical and non-technical issues and solutions to management and technical partners

  • Build alliances and influence strategic direction across various business units

  • Present technical concepts and strategic recommendations to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior management

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment on security initiatives

  • Support Intel's environmental sustainability commitments through technology solutions

Qualifications:

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience.  This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.  Relocation assistance not provided for this position.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles with a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience with a Master's degree, or 2+ years of experience with a PhD.
  • Experience in global industrial control systems or security technology management
  • Experience with SQL database, Power BI dashboards, Network topology, Linux, or Windows Server
  • Experience in Product Ownership of End to end Enterprise system for example Application life cycle management, requirements, data models, business logic, testing, deployment, and sustainment for high impact planning and cost systems.
  • Experience in product road map creation, product strategy, or technical requirement definition.
  • Experience with advance data analysis tools to inform product decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with security system technologies (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection)
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks
  • Deep application technical depth in Software engineering, understanding of enterprise security application platforms and has a history of applying knowledge in software improvements and or systems selection.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in group problem-solving environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate product vision, goals, and updates to a variety of audiences.
  • Strategic planning capabilities to align product development with broader organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with customer experience management and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • AI Integration Experience: Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $160,980.00-227,270.00 USD

 

 

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
