The Global Sales organization in HP is managing the biggest HP Global customers for which we are delivering a ‘white glove’ treatment experience: 360° relationship, Strategic Customer Engagement, Global Consistent Payment Solutions, Global Governance (Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Customer Support), E2E accountability for the entire HP business (PS, Print, Services)


Job Summary
This role is responsible for tracking and analyzing the PnL of Global Tier1 accounts to extract actionable business insights for the sales teams to drive margin recovery/improvement plans across their set of accounts. The role analyzes financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, to support strategic decision-making and monitors performance against strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manages complex data and business analysis to develop business plans and make recommendations.

  • Works with key stakholders (finance, Business Intelligence, Global account managers, market sales teams) to construct complex statistical and financial models to forecast revenue and margin business performance.

  • Defines the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.

  • Identifies, cultivates, and fosters new business opportunities and relationships to increase revenue and enhance profitability.

  • Contributes to priority projects with complex analysis and assists in developing recommendations.

  • Works closely with business leaders to develop business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports.

  • Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.

  • Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in Finance.

The base pay range for this role is 163350 PLN gross to 247600 PLN gross annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
