We are looking for a program manager who will work closely with the Global Tier 1 sales directors, AGMs, WW category, market sales organizations and finance teams to define, execute and track margin improvement plans.
Responsibilities
Owns, manages and executes the red account review process for Global Tier 1 accounts.
Ensures consistent, timely and accurate execution of margin recovery plans for all Global Tier 1 accounts.
Supports Global T1 sales teams to achieve bottom line goals thru data-driven action plans.
Maintains good knowledge of the organization's sales tools and processes that support margin reporting.
Supports business managers and sales teams on margin forecast and target setting.
Ensures smooth integration of Tier 1 margin into Global Tier1 sales compensation schemes.
