Ferring+You
As a Global Rewards Operations Analyst – Benefits & Mobility, you will support the delivery of global benefits and employee mobility programs across multiple markets. This role offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to global reward operations, HR systems, and international mobility processes in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
You will work closely with Global Rewards, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure that benefits and mobility processes run smoothly, accurately, and in line with global policies.
If you enjoy working with data, improving processes, and learning how global reward programs operate, this role will give you the opportunity to grow your expertise within an international HR team.
Your day at Ferring
Support the administration of global benefits and employee mobility programs across multiple countries
Assist with coordination of employee mobility cases, including documentation, data validation, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, and external vendors
Maintain and update benefits and mobility data in HR systems (e.g., Workday) ensuring strong data accuracy
Prepare reports and data analyses to support the Global Rewards team and HR stakeholders
Support data validation, eligibility checks, and reconciliations to ensure smooth processing and payroll alignment
Contribute to the documentation and improvement of reward processes, policies, and SOPs
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure efficient delivery of benefits and mobility processes
Support compliance, governance, and audit preparation for benefits and mobility programs
Behind our innovation…There’s you
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in HR operations, compensation & benefits, HR shared services, or mobility administration
Interest in developing expertise in global rewards, employee benefits, and mobility programs
Comfortable working with data and HR systems (Workday experience is a plus)
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational and collaboration skills in an international environment
Fluent English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
