Global Recruiting Business Partner – Global Functions
The Global Recruiting Business Partner (GRBP) is a mission‑critical role at the heart of HP’s Enterprise Recruiting Organization. This role acts as a strategic advisor and trusted connector between HP’s Global Functions (GF) and the Recruiting, Inclusion and Culture (RIC) organization. Partnering closely with Finance, Marketing, Legal, People Organization, and Strategy & Transformation, the GRBP operates at the intersection of business strategy, people, and innovation. This role translates enterprise priorities into inclusive, scalable recruiting strategies with global impact - shaping how HP attracts, engages, and grows world‑class talent. The position plays a pivotal role in championing belonging, accelerating innovation, and building a future‑ready workforce that supports HP’s next chapter.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership & Consulting
Serve as the single point of contact for Global Functions People Organization (GF PO) Leadership and GF People Partners on all recruitment‑related matters.
Provide strategic consulting by aligning hiring needs with Global Functions’ business priorities and workforce strategies.
Proactively identify and resolve recruitment challenges, ensuring alignment between business demand, talent availability, and recruiting capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Build strong, trusted partnerships between Enterprise Recruiting and Global Functions PO Leadership, including regular engagement with the VP of GF PO, People Partners, and Centers of Excellence.
Facilitate alignment across recruiters, sourcers, Recruitment Market Leads, and Global Functions stakeholders.
Share regular Global Functions business updates and demand signals with Recruitment Market Leads to support workforce planning, capacity management, hiring pauses, and strategic initiatives.
Strategic Hiring Projects & Program Management
Lead and support strategic hiring initiatives, including market expansions, new business programs, confidential searches, and organizational transformations.
Act as project manager for complex hiring initiatives, coordinating recruiting activities against business requirements, timelines, and outcomes.
Track progress, identify risks or performance gaps, and define mitigation plans to ensure delivery of recruiting objectives.
Talent Market Insights & Workforce Advisory
Provide expert insights on global talent markets, labor trends, and sourcing strategies to inform senior‑level decision making.
Partner with Sourcing, University Recruiting, Executive Recruiting, Inclusion, Culture, and Onboarding teams to execute integrated talent strategies.
Recruiting Excellence & Representation
Champion Enterprise Recruiting, Inclusion, and Culture priorities, ensuring alignment with Global Functions objectives.
Promote and tailor HP’s People Promise to meet the unique needs of Global Functions.
When required, act as a strategic recruiter or sourcer for sensitive or confidential People Organization roles.
Partner with the broader recruiting teams (mainstream / executive) to ensure operational excellence in the management of the overall hiring pipeline for the Global Functions.
Experience and Education
8–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, HR Program Management, or other strategic HR roles.
Strong knowledge of global talent acquisition policies, processes, and governance.
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple countries and markets, with a strong international mindset.
Proven success working in complex, matrixed, multinational environments and with global HR systems and platforms.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM‑SCP, SPHR) are a plus.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
