Your role at Clorox:

The Global Quality Training Specialist is responsible for developing and facilitating quality training programs aligned to the enterprise Quality Management System and global quality initiatives. This role translates quality standards, governance updates, and system enhancements into structured, practical learning content and delivers training across Business Units and sites.
The position supports consistent understanding and execution of quality expectations by developing effective curriculum, facilitating learning sessions, and ensuring training materials remain current and aligned with evolving quality requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop training materials aligned to quality standards, procedures, and system updates.

  • Translate technical and governance requirements into clear, practical learning content.

  • Create facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, reference tools, and supporting materials.

  • Maintain version control and ensure training content remains current and accurate.

  • Partner with subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy and alignment with QMS requirements.

  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions across Business Units and global sites.

  • Support structured train-the-trainer sessions as needed.

  • Adapt facilitation approach based on audience type and learning needs.

  • Clarify expectations and respond to participant questions regarding quality standards and processes.

  • Travel as required to support on-site training deployment.

  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness.

  • Refine content and facilitation methods based on evolving quality initiatives.

  • Support consistency and clarity in global training deployment.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance training efficiency and learner engagement.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of experience in training development, Quality Systems, or manufacturing quality

  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems with a focus on training and capability development

  • Ability to translate technical requirements into engaging, practical learning content

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills for effective knowledge transfer

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in training design and delivery

  • Experience designing and facilitating structured training programs in global or regulated environments

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $88,700 - $165,900

–Zone B: $81,300 - $152,100

–Zone C: $73,900 - $138,300
