We have an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of Global Supply Chain within the Avnet Global Supply Chain Services Team. We provide extraordinary Service, Supply Chain and Fulfilment Program Management into Strategic Fulfilment and Automotive Customers and Supplier Partners.

Job Summary

We are seeking a supply chain or programme professional to support global business expansion and customer manufacturing migrations. In this role, you will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to plan and manage the transition of design and manufacturing activity across regions.

You will develop and maintain strong business relationships, deliver tailored migration strategies and ensure product delivery, customer service and revenue goals are achieved through effective programme management and data‑driven decision‑making.

Office located in Dublin – The role is a hybrid role mixed between office and home working.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and deliver value‑added solutions that support Avnet and supplier growth strategies
  • Plan and manage programmes and projects to meet product delivery, customer service and revenue objectives
  • Coordinate sales and support team activity across assigned accounts, territories and regions
  • Review customer requirements, define tasks, assign resources and create and track project schedules
  • Use data analytics to make informed business decisions and develop effective sales and supply chain strategies
  • Collaborate with global sales teams, support functions and internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a link between design and fulfilment regions, ensuring alignment and agreed compensation models
  • Track outbound manufacturing migrations for customers
  • Gather and document pricing, margin and revenue changes
  • Maintain accurate migration and commercial data within Avnet systems
  • Create and execute customised migration strategies for design‑region customers
  • Ensure inter‑regional margin splits are accurately reported, supporting shared return on investment

What About You

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Typically 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, programme management, sales operations or a related field
  • Strong understanding of commercial and supply chain principles and industry practices
  • Experience managing projects and making informed decisions using data and analysis
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams and regions
  • Clear, inclusive communication skills and confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders
  • Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment
