The Opportunity

As a Global Product Manager, you will guide the strategic direction and commercial success of our product portfolio. You’ll develop a deep understanding of global markets, customer needs and competitive landscapes, translating insights into compelling product strategies and roadmaps.

You’ll partner closely with Chief Engineers, Industrial Designers, Global Marketing and in-market Product Managers and Marketing teams to ensure our portfolio aligns with business goals and delivers exceptional customer experiences worldwide. This is a highly collaborative role that requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.

What You’ll Do

·        Develop and execute global product strategies and roadmaps

·        Build alignment across cross‑functional and regional teams

·        Use insights, customer understanding and market data to inform decisions

·        Lead business cases and commercial evaluation of product opportunities

·        Navigate complexity and create clarity across multiple stakeholders

·        Contribute to new product introductions and market launches

What You’ll Bring

Required:

·        Experience across a product’s lifecycle in global or multi‑market environments

·        Ability to communicate product vision, priorities and trade‑offs clearly

·        Strong collaboration, influencing and judgement skills

·        Data‑ and insight‑driven approach to shaping product direction

·        Experience working with consumer‑focused brands or products

Advantageous:

·        Structured commercial problem‑solving, including identifying value levers and assessing feasibility

·        Ability to run or contribute to scenario and sensitivity analysis (e.g., pricing, margin, promotional impacts)

·        Financial acumen across revenue, cost, margin, overheads and end‑to‑end value chain drivers

·        Using financial metrics and KPIs to support prioritisation and business case development

·        Experience presenting to senior leaders or leading decision‑making forums

·        Exposure to innovation environments or complex matrixed global organisations
