As a Global Product Communications Specialist, you will support the Global Communications team for Flu, COVID, New Targets, Pneumo and T&E Vaccines in their daily activities. You'll assist in coordinating communications initiatives with country teams, helping organize meetings, and ensuring smooth follow-up on action items. Moreover, you'll help maintain communications calendars, create presentations and fact sheets, assist with content creation and performance analysis. Your digital skills will be essential in creating engaging content for various platforms, ensuring our messages reach and resonate with diverse audiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Products Communications Leads in working on the development and update of product-related content across platforms, including website updates and social media content

  • Implement and distribute approved messages to maximize audience engagement while ensuring all materials comply with established product strategy and brand guidelines

  • Maintain close relationship with countries and work with them to develop global materials

  • Collaborate with design teams to develop impactful visuals for both digital and print communications

  • Provide comprehensive support for product-related events. This includes logistics, communication materials and on-site activities

  • Execute projects by maintaining timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring efficient workflow across multiple initiatives

  • Coordinate asset review process in close collaboration with PromoMats expert

  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status updates. Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on track

  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics across digital content effectiveness, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement

About You

Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in communications.

  • Experience supporting product communications, event management, and working in cross-cultural environments

  • Strong expertise in digital content creation, social media and project coordination within global organizations

  • Previous exposure to working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities would demonstrate readiness for this role

Soft skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content

  • Natural ability to work effectively across teams, cultures, and organizational levels and adaptability to manage changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment

  • Proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing practical solutions

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines

  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and quick adaptation to new tools and approaches

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital analytics tools

  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools

  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, CapCut, Canva and AI generative content tools

  • Familiarity with design principles and ability to provide constructive feedback on visual content and apply brand guidelines

  • Ability to understand and apply insights from performance metrics

The salary range for this position is:

$105,000.00 - $151,666.66
