Are you someone who can:

Strategic Leadership

  • Provide enterprise leadership and direction across global HC value streams and processes, ensuring clarity of ownership, priorities, and outcomes.

  • Ensure HC value streams are designed and managed end‑to‑end, with strong alignment to HC and business strategy, ensuring alignment with functional practice, corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with the HC COO to shape and deliver the HR operating model and optimisation roadmap.

  • Drive data-led innovation across HC value streams and processes with a lens to improve effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness.

Value optimisation & business impact

  • Drive continuous improvement of HR value streams with a strong focus on business impact, including efficiency, effectiveness, risk management, and employee experience.

  • Translate process performance into meaningful insights that inform decision‑making and investment choices.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, or redesign value streams to unlock enterprise value.

  • Structures and measures benefit realisation against a set of strategic goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Process governance & design authority  

  • Establish and maintain global HC process principles, standards, and governance frameworks.

  • Ensure appropriate balance between global consistency and local or regulatory requirements.

  • Provide oversight to ensure compliance with labour legislation, data privacy requirements, and internal risk and control standards.

  • Ensure that consistent, efficient, and scalable processes are established across multiple regions and business units – supports in developing and interrogating business cases for any deviations

  • Ensure sustainability of practice by ensuring documentation and knowledge management practices are embedded across all stakeholders in the delivery value chain

Leadership & stakeholder engagement

  • Lead and enable HC process leadership capability across the organisation.

  • Build strong partnerships with Centres of Excellence, HC Business Partners, IT, Finance, and business leaders.

  • Act as a senior advisor on process, operating model, and value stream implications for enterprise initiatives.

Change Management

  • Drive process standardization, automation, and excellence while managing change initiatives.

  • Develop, document, and report process performance metrics to track success and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Team development

  • Training teams and ensuring adherence to established best practices

  • Develops training frameworks, ensuring consistency in process understanding.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • A relevant degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations, or Engineering.

  • 8 to12 years’ experience. 10 years’ experience in process management, shared services, or global business services.

  • Experience in transformations environments preferred.
