Le Cercle is Pernod Ricard’s global Private Client program, designed to offer exceptional, personalized experiences and exclusive products to High‑Net‑Worth Individuals (HNWIs) through a dedicated network of Private Client Managers.
As part of the Le Cercle team, your role is to help accelerate the Private Client business worldwide by supporting commercial enablement and private client managers’ empowerment.
1. Commercial Enablement
Help strengthen our commercial impact and ensure Private Client Managers (PCMs) around the world have the right tools and resources to engage clients at the highest level.
Operational Support
- Assist PCMs globally with day-to-day requests, from accessing materials to preparing client facing assets
- Support markets in their commercial activations and initiatives
Tools, Materials & Assets
- Update and refine the program’s playbook, catalogues, presentations, and sales enablers
- Contribute to the creation of client facing branded assets and storytelling materials
- Collaborate with internal brand teams to integrate Maison level assets and ensure global consistency
2. PCM Community & Empowerment
Help reinforce the cohesion, performance and expertise of the global Private Client community.
Performance & Insights
- Support the collection and consolidation of Private Client Managers activity and performance data
- Prepare insights and summaries for internal stakeholders
Training & Upskilling
- Assist in onboarding new PCMs, guiding them through key fundamentals, tools, and resources
- Contribute to the design and coordination of training programs, materials and learning sessions
Community Engagement
- Help organize global PCM meetings, workshops, and community touchpoints
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices, client insights, and market intelligence
- Support initiatives that foster collaboration, alignment, and a strong global network
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
- Master’s student in International Business, Luxury or Marketing
- Fluency in English / French
Experience
- First experience in luxury, marketing or client experience requested
- Exposure to content creation or commercial support appreciated
Skills
- Strong organization, clear communication, solid PowerPoint & Excel
- Analytical, detail oriented, with sensitivity to luxury codes
- Agile, comfortable collaborating in a global, multicultural environment with many different stakeholders
- Positive, curious, and eager to learn
Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
