Job Description Summary

You will be part of Global GE HealthCare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) PET Quality Assurance team as a Global PET QA Compliance Intern. This role will provide key support in the day-to-day compliance activities for the team as well as supporting compliance oversight projects relevent to PET Contract Manufacturing organizations (CMOs).

Over your 13-month internship you'll work in a compliance environment gaining invaluable skills and experience. You will be guided by structured goals & objectives and will have responsibility to deliver on inspiring projects. We will support you throughout the 13-month period to ensure you make the best of your GE HealthCare experience. Your manager will offer coaching and mentoring, and the company will provide the opportunity to connect with other interns across the business.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support with key compliance activities where needed to drive compliance improvements including, internal quality related Quality Management System (QMS) metrics, PET CMO quality metrics, analytical dashboards and governance, project management support, communications and much more.

  • Support with implementation of the learning management system across the PET Quality Assurance and PET Supply Chain functions to ensure continue compliance with training.

  • Support the team with creating and maintaining training material to support training projects for PET CMOs.

  • Support with Data Integrity initiatives to ensure continued compliance and DI maturity

Qualifications

  • Recent Graduate or Undergraduate: Third-Year level and up in Bachelor of Science Degree or Engineering.

  • Proficient in using MS Based Applications especially MS Excel.

Desired Skills

  • Excellent time management and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Good general computer skills

  • Effective analytical skills and the ability to summarize information and offer solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate issues in English in an easy-to-understand manner.

  • Positive and outgoing personality.

  • After receiving training, be able to work somewhat independently in a structured manner.
