This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Global Payroll Reporting Manager

 

We are looking for an exceptional Global Payroll Reporting Manager to join our team in a rapidly expanding environment. This role is pivotal in transforming raw payroll data into actionable financial insights. You will oversee a high-performing team to ensure that global payroll is not only processed with 100% accuracy but is also reported with the highest level of data integrity.

  • Global Reporting & Analytics: Lead the design and delivery of global payroll reports. Provide finance and leadership teams with critical insights into labor costs, tax liabilities, and payroll trends across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Payroll Processing Oversight: Manage end-to-end global payroll via Workday HCM. Oversee cycles including commissions, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payments, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local wage/hour laws.

  • Compliance & Regulatory Filings: Ensure all global payroll regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time. Conduct rigorous quarter/year-end reconciliations of payroll and stock transactions.

  • Data Integrity & Audit: Act as the primary lead for internal and external audit requests. Maintain "audit-ready" documentation for quarterly reviews and annual filings.

  • GL & Financial Integration: Execute GL month-end closing activities, including the preparation and review of complex journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations related to payroll.

  • Tax Jurisdiction Management: Manage tax IDs in new jurisdictions and maintain tax compliance using ADP Smart Compliance. Oversee reporting for various stock transactions and tax withholdings.

  • Process Optimization: Develop and maintain payroll calendars, checklists, and process maps. Identify opportunities to automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual error.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless data transmission for FSA, HSA, and 401K plans.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor a team of payroll analysts, fostering a culture of accuracy, empathy in employee communication, and continuous professional growth.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 5+ years in domestic/international payroll; Workday Payroll experience and CPP preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and Workday; strong knowledge of GL account reconciliation and payroll journal entries.

  • Expertise in multi-state/federal tax laws and payroll policies.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Workday Payroll and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas).

  • Certification: CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is highly preferred.

  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of payroll journal entries, GL account reconciliation, and the impact of payroll on the general ledger.

  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy "diving into the data" to find discrepancies and provide strategic financial narratives.

  • Exceptional Communication: Ability to convey complex reporting data to non-finance business partners clearly and concisely.

  • Adaptability: A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven organization.

  • Customer Service Excellence: A proactive approach to handling employee inquiries with urgency and empathy.

  • Night Shift: Willing to work on night shift (US Hours).

  • Hybrid Setup: Willing to work on a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
