About the role
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Global OPS Retail Marketing Strategy Manager to shape the future of our retail and digital commerce ecosystem. In this role, you will define and lead retail marketing strategies across physical stores, digital retail partners, and our own HP Store (D2C), ensuring cohesive customer experience and strong commercial impact.
You will partner closely with product marketing, retail media marketing, sales, hp.com, category and market teams to build scalable frameworks, elevate retail execution, and maximize conversion across all retail and etail touchpoints. This is a high-visibility role with significant influence over how our brand shows up in retail worldwide.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic retail marketing plans that drive brand visibility, traffic, conversion, and revenue across in-store, e-retailers, and our D2C HP Store experience.
- Use customer insights, behavioral data, category trends, and competitive analysis to inform retail marketing strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally to shape GTM strategies for product launches, seasonal campaign moments, and category initiatives.
- Define positioning, messaging, channel-specific activation plans, and launch requirements across retail, etail and HP Store.
- Ensure all GTM plans are insight-driven, well-coordinated, and grounded in business priorities.
- Monitor and analyze Ratings & Reviews performance across key retail partners and identify opportunities to improve customer sentiment, product clarity, and retail conversion.
- Provide scalable playbooks, guidance, and toolkits to regional teams and retail partners.
- Monitor and report on Amazon competitive attack plans as well as online search performance, and HP discoverability, providing recommendations to enhance traffic and conversion.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, in-store executions, and digital retail experiences.
- Lead strategic discussions, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment across multiple functions and global regions.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor and/or master’s in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business or related field.
- 3-5+work experience in Marketing, Retail Marketing, e-Commerce, Marketing Strategy.
- Genuine love for Marketing and Technology, coupled with a curiosity for new developments and opportunities in the field.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams (product, sales, retail, creative, finance, operations).
- Strategic thinker with ability to connect market insights, customer behavior, and business objectives into clear strategies and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of digital retail content, retail POS, and the drivers of in-store and online conversion.
- Solid adaptability and flexibility and project management skills.
Skills
- Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and an ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders with your storytelling and ideas.
- Fluent in English (native level) with good communication skills
