The Role
We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support our Facilities and Real Estate Lease Management group through data-driven insights, reporting, and operational analysis. This role will own the data collection, validation, and analysis, with a focus on sustainability reporting, lease analytics, and compliance data, and partner closely with Facilities, Real Estate, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to improve visibility, compliance, and decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or operations analytics, strong Excel and reporting skills, comfort working with imperfect data sets, and an interest in the intersection of real estate operations, building performance, and sustainability.

Requirements
2-4 years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, facilities/real estate analytics, or a related field
Advanced Excel skills, encompassing complex formulas, pivot tables, data aggregation across multiple sources, and clear stakeholder-facing outputs
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends, identify risks, and make recommendations
Experience working with operational, facilities, lease, or sustainability data is strongly preferred
Familiarity with WELL, LEED, or similar sustainability frameworks is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences
Being highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing analytical work with execution-heavy, process-driven tasks
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or relevant field (e.g., economics, engineering, statistics, mathematics, real estate, environmental studies, or a related discipline)
Location
This role will be based out of our Los Angeles office.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $83,000 - $100,000. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
