We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Global Benefits Analyst to support the design, administration, and optimization of international employee benefits programs.
This role partners closely with consultants, HR leaders, and external vendors to deliver competitive, compliant, and data-driven global benefits strategies that enhance the employee experience worldwide.

Core Responsibilities
Data & Analysis
· Conduct benefits inventories, data collection (e.g., census, SPDs, contracts), and global market benchmarking.
· Perform claims analysis, renewal evaluations, and cost modeling for international benefits programs.
· Support the implementation and day-to-day management of global employee benefits plans, including but not limited to Expatriate Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability, as well as Business Travel Accident (BTA) and Business Travel Medical (BTM) programs and Security & Assistance Providers.
Client Deliverables
· Develop and analyze reports, benefit summaries, proposals, and RFPs.
· Prepare client-facing presentations and renewal documentation.
· Support the design and implementation of benefit packages that align with client objectives.
· Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement.
· Contribute to employee communications and assist with annual enrollment and education initiatives.
Project Management & Client Support
· Coordinate meetings and collaboration between HR, Finance, and insurance carrier partners across regions.
· Manage project timelines, deliverables, and data updates.
· Maintain a centralized client database including active plans, enrollment counts, premiums, and headcount data.
· Respond to international HR inquiries with accurate research and market data insights.
· Provide timely, high-quality service to your assigned book of business.
Compliance & Research
· Stay current on global benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and market trends.
· Maintain compliance calendars and support renewals, filings, and required documentation.
Collaboration
· Partner with internal consulting teams (Global Mobility, COE, and Local National teams) to deliver integrated solutions.
· Offer innovative ideas to enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence.
· Participate in strategic projects such as plan harmonization and new-country market entries.
· Represent OneDigital at industry events to expand professional knowledge and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
· Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience managing Global Benefits, including Expatriate, Inpatriate, and Global Travel Programs.
· Expertise: Strong understanding of global benefits design, vendor management, and international compliance requirements.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools.
· Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills with a proven ability to drive initiatives across multiple sectors.
· Work Style: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment while managing competing priorities.
· Professionalism: Demonstrated integrity, accuracy, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
· Presentation: Polished and professional presence with strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
· Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. (as needed)
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $90,000.00 to $100,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
