Global Medical Manager – Women’s Health

Join us in shaping the future of Women’s Health. We are strengthening our team for growth and seeking an experienced Medical Affairs Manager who is passionate about improving health outcomes for women worldwide.

You will report to the Global Medical Director of Women’s Health and collaborate closely with regional and local Medical Directors, the Innovation & Development team, and Global Marketing. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, international environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic projects within Medical Affairs for the Women’s Health portfolio.

  • Support global and regional medical/clinical studies and publication proposals.

  • Partner with Global and Regional Marketing to plan and execute pre-launch and Life Cycle management activities for cross-regional products.

  • Build strong relationships with International medical societies Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintain an up-to-date global KOL database.

  • Ensure scientific integrity in promotional materials and digital platforms.

  • Contribute to product safety and labeling discussions, and maintain scientific documentation.

  • Support geo-expansion by upgrading scientific dossiers for new markets.

  • Conduct medical assessments for licensing and acquisition opportunities.

About You

  • Medical Doctor degree or PhD in life sciences with experience in global or regional Medical Affairs.

  • 5+ years of responsibility for comparable products.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • International experience, especially in emerging markets, is a plus.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.

  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

  • Experience in Women’s Health therapeutic Area is nice to have
