Your new team:

You will become part of a dynamic and agile global team characterized by a culture of psychological safety and open feedback. In your role you will be based in Germany and you will work closely with international colleagues and local affiliates to drive innovation and achieve great things for patients together. 

The Opportunity | What to expect

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner at the interface between science and the market to accelerate clinical program delivery and maximize customer value.

  • Network Champion: You establish and maintain valued relationships with external stakeholders, acting as the face of Roche and an ambassador in new Disease Areas.

  • Scientific Exchange: You drive scientific knowledge exchange and medical education activities to support the strategy for an optimal customer experience.

  • Clinical Support: You work closely with global and affiliate teams to coordinate the identification and engagement of clinical trial sites.

  • Insight Generator: You define the insights collection strategy and execute activities to address knowledge gaps through advisory boards and surveys.

  • Launch Enabler: As a disease area champion, you support affiliate engagement and training to accelerate the understanding of the ecosystem and support launch and access.

Who you are | What you bring

You are a driven individual with strong scientific and commercial acumen who thrives in an empowered environment and knows how to create purposeful collaborations.

  • Education: You hold a Master’s degree in science or a related field; a Postgraduate Degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) is a plus.

  • Experience: You bring significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including a medical or scientific customer-facing role.

  • Expertise: You have a track record of scientific collaborations and deep scientific knowledge of the Cardiovascular Disease Area is highly desirable.

  • Know-how: You possess knowledge of the drug development process, regulatory requirements, and drug safety/pharmacovigilance.

  • Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English and German is required.

  • Mobility: This field-based role requires travel within Germany (preference for candidates based in the Frankfurt/Rhine-Main area) and may require international travel.
