Primary Role & Mission
We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Marketing Programs Manager to provide maternity cover for a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role focuses on the execution and coordination of our established global marketing strategy, ensuring seamless campaign delivery across multiple regions through effective project management of the marketing organization. This is a hands-on execution role supporting regional teams to deliver the 2026 and Q1 2027 marketing plan.
Responsibilities
Marketing Plan & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate the execution of the 2026 marketing plan to ensure all campaigns are completed in a timely manner and to specification
- Support the execution of the full-funnel demand generation strategy according to the marketing plan, maintaining consistent branding and messaging across all channels
- Support the regional teams when needed on events organization, regional activations and product launches
- Partner with global teams to systematically record main customer pain points, translating these insights into compelling, vertical-specific messaging that can be effectively deployed in marketing campaigns globally
Regional Team Management
- Coordinate and support regional marketing teams across Asia, North America, and Europe in executing campaigns
- Facilitate effective implementation and reporting of regional campaigns
- Support teams in maintaining marketing scorecards and reporting dashboards
- Provide regular feedback to 6 direct reports (1 based in North America, 2 based in Europe and 3 based in India) and support to enhance team performance
Monthly Reporting & Lead Management
- Prepare monthly reports to key stakeholders
- Work with Digital Team to compile regular updates on campaign performance and ROI metrics
- Support oversight of inbound and outbound lead generation programs
- Monitor lead quality, sales qualified leads (SQLs) and Opportunities by analysing dashboards and reports on Salesforce
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with Product, Vertical Management, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution
- Facilitate cross-regional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the marketing team
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation, product launches and events execution
Capabilities
- Project management excellence with strong organizational skills to coordinate marketing teams at a global scale including the North America Regional Team, EMEA Regional Team, Asia Regional Team, Content Studio and Digital Tools team
- Strong marketing coordination and execution skills with proven business impact
- Support a results-oriented, fast-paced collaborative work culture
- Execute effective B2B marketing strategies with robust measurement frameworks
- Effectively coordinate with multiple functions including sales, product, vertical and application engineering
- Flexibility to work across different global time zones
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field, from an accredited institution
- 10 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated coordination and project management success
- Knowledge of B2B business environments – knowledge of automotive, heavy engineering, and construction industries would be beneficial
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical skills for campaign performance tracking
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a support and execution capacity
