About the Role

As a Global Marketing Manager, you will be part of the B2B Marketing team within the wider Global Ӧssur Prosthetics organization. Within the Global B2B Marketing team, we create a long-term strategy for the Össur prosthetic portfolio and manage the products throughout the different stages of its lifecycle.

You are driven by O&P customer centricity, with a clear focus on the Americas market. You’re responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy of global marketing initiatives, gathering input from local stakeholders and key customers, and guiding the local execution. Collectively, with the other Global Marketing Managers, you successfully drive strategic initiatives to make global impact.

What You’ll Do

Customer Centricity

  • Gather and process local market intelligence on structure, trends, needs and dynamics

  • Monitor competition and create positioning statements and highlight USPs, to support customer facing teams with attack plans and to feed the organization with product development input

  • Identify key customer needs for our products, solutions and services

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Take the lead in local GTM and coordinate the efforts between stakeholders

  • Have detailed GTM plans in place for launches in all relevant local markets, and collaborate with Academy to support these markets in their execution

  • Implement pre-launches with close customer connections to stimulate early market acceptance and gather customer feedback in a scalable way

Product Lifecycle Marketing

  • Drive performance by post-launch focus and react on local market dynamics to stay ahead of competition and achieve growth to its full potential

  • Define strategic focus within mature portfolio and execute initiatives that drive sales

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional / business experience in Product Marketing or Marketing Management

  • Experience in the (prosthetic) medical device industry is a pro

  • Good analytical skills for data-driven decision making and prioritization

  • Excellence in stakeholder management and ability to build strong relationships in complex structures

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Structured, but entrepreneurial and can-do mindset

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

The US annual salary range for this full-time position is $$105,000 - $120,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
