Global Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Drive commercial excellence of ABT through commercial channel marketing management with direct responsibility for Western Europe / APAC, etc. while developing and executing downstream and upstream marketing and brand strategy in ABT markets.

Strategy :

  • Development and implementation of the Annual Regional Marketing / Brand Plan- Determine annual marketing strategy for the region according to the annual ABT commercial targets for the region (sales, profit, market share, etc).

  • Develop and execute GTM plans for ABT new markets.

  • Develop and drive ABT brand positioning, customers segmentation and targeting for the region.

  • Plan and optimize products' portfolio and its positioning for the regions.

  • Develop GTM strategy for the new/existing product launches for the marketing aspects.

  • Plan brand equity development strategy and tactics for the regions.

  • Collect and analyze market dynamic, trends and customers insights to provide inputs to sales and products teams to help the teams properly understand the market and make the right decisions

  • Conduct marketing research on new products and brand perception to help sales and product in building effective strategic and tactical plans

  • Drive competitive action plan based on business intelligence  

Execution :

  • Execute the regional marketing and brand plan, translating strategy into effective commercial marketing activities that support sales and growth objectives.

  • Deliver integrated marketing initiatives across channels, including campaigns, content, events, customer communications, and media activities.

  • Plan and initiate demand and lead-generation activities to support regional commercial targets.

  • Develop, manage, and localize marketing materials and assets in alignment with global brand guidelines and regional market needs.

  • Lead and support product launches, regional events, congresses, and major marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution.

  • Execute brand equity- Initiate activities to strengthen awareness, positioning, and long-term brand value in the region.

  • Collaborate with distributors/channel partners, field marketing managers & commercial leadership team to plan and execute regional marketing initiatives and annual marketing plans.

  • Provide professional guidance and support for distributor / channel marketing communications, events, and product launches.

  • Monitor performance through KPIs and analytics, using insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.

  • Partner with channel/local partner to build effective local marketing plan, localize marketing materials & create dedicated materials based upon needs & demand.

  • Effectively manage the marketing budgets per region.

  • Professional support in product launches, marketing materials localization, events execution, advertising, digital media, local KOL development etc.

Marketing department projects support :

  • Support cross-regional & global marketing initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • BA & MBA in marketing, advertising, business management

  • English and Hebrew- full professional proficiency

  • Spanish, Russian, French- an advantage

  • Knowledge of Office, Outlook and Internet applications
