Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end global logistics operations, ensuring reliable, compliant, and cost‑effective delivery across regions.
  • Select, qualify, and govern global transport partners and hubs to maximize service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure full end‑to‑end order transparency through close collaboration with supply chain, logistics partners, and commercial teams.
  • Own and monitor global logistics KPIs, including cycle times, deviations, volumes, and logistics costs.
  • Optimize global logistics cycles to increase flexibility while reducing lead times from collection to treatment centers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics flows, processes, and system integration.
  • Validate transport routes, hubs, equipment, and providers in line with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and support quality activities, including deviations, investigations, and corrective actions.

Essential Requirements
  • University degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least three​ years of experience in global logistics, supply chain, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience managing end‑to‑end logistics operations in a regulated or complex international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements across pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics operations.
  • Proficiency with enterprise systems such as SAP and confidence working with digital logistics or tracking platforms.
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across global, cross‑functional teams.

Desirable Requirements
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or advanced therapy logistics, including temperature‑sensitive and time‑critical shipments.
  • Experience leading provider governance routines and continuous improvement programs across global logistics networks.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role:

  • Poland: PLN 140,900.00 - 261,700.00

The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Further details will be provided during the application process.
