  • Serve as a senior spokesperson in client meetings, advisor education sessions, and strategic partner engagements, helping clients interpret markets and positioning implications.
  • Partner with the Distribution and Client Solutions teams to support high-stakes opportunities, retention conversations, and executive-level client engagements.
  • Represent iCapital externally through industry conferences, panels, webinars, podcasts, and media-facing opportunities.
  • Help strengthen iCapital’s “brand voice” in markets by ensuring messaging is consistent, differentiated, and aligned with firm priorities.
  • Manage and mentor a team, raising the bar on analytical rigor and communication quality.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in investment strategy, macro research, asset allocation, portfolio strategy, asset management, alternatives research, or related fields (i.e. sell-side or buy-side)
  • Demonstrated expertise in global macro and cross-asset research, with the ability to connect public market indicators to private market implications

  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and leading discussions with sophisticated audiences
  • Advanced analytical toolkit, excellent Excel skills and familiar with Bloomberg and market data sources and comfort with quantitative frameworks (scenario analysis, regressions and factor models, stress testing) is a plus
  • Excellent judgment, high attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
