Your mission

We are hiring a Global HEOR Senior Manager under the responsibility of the Global HEOR Director, within the Global Market Access Department.

Your main mission is to conduct the evidence generation activities according to an HEOR plan aiming at establishing product value and differentiation, mainly in the areas of oncology, dermatology and rare diseases.


Your role within a pioneering company in full expansion:

Design and implement innovative evidence generation strategies that build the product value and highlight product differentiation.

  • You design the HEOR plan and related activities in connection with the Market Access, Medical, RWE, Regulatory teams, and Biometry.
  • You contribute to literature reviews, feasibility assessments, and the SAP to perform treatment comparisons to be included in the global package or in response to PICO at EU level.
  • You define the basic attributes and manage the development of various global Health Economic models (CEM and BIM) for HTA authorities/payers submissions.
  • You develop a communication plan based on your projects with abstracts for key conferences and papers in key clinical or economic journals to be able to reference the evidence that you generated.
  • You support the Group’s affiliates (Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, USA) for local submissions when adapting dossiers and economic models to country requirements.
  • You contribute to the integration of reimbursement authorities’ requirements during the design of clinical studies in collaboration with the clinical development team.
  • You participate in discussions for the implementation of RWE studies for Market Access purposes (supporting the design of RWE studies, contributing to study deliverables) pre- or post-launch.
  • As needed, you participate in cross-functional projects in connection with the Market Access Director and/or in evaluations with Business Development.

This position is compatible with teleworking up to 2 days a week according to company rules.

Who you are ?

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Educational Background: At least a Bac+5 or equivalent in pharmaceuticals, health economics, business and strategy.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in the design and management of HEOR activities as a consultant or project leader in pharmaceutical industry, with a deep knowledge of health economics principles and methodologies, including economic modeling.

Strong experience contributing in HEOR projects for early products and business development would be a plus. Advanced expertise in oncology, dermatology and/or rare diseases, in key markets (US, Europe or China) would be a plus.

  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Ability to drive and influence strategic discussions. Customer oriented and strong commitment
