Your mission

We are hiring our Global HEOR Director under the responsibility of the head of the Global Market Access Department.

Your main mission is to develop the HEOR strategies across the portfolio to ensure the value of our products and their differentiation is fully demonstrated to optimize Pricing and Reimbursement conditions, mainly in the areas of oncology, dermatology and rare diseases.


Your role within a pioneering company in full expansion:

Managing a team of 3 HEOR senior managers, you design innovative HEOR strategies that build product value and highlight product differentiation.

  • You design the HEOR strategic plans and related activities and deliverables (economic models, PRO, burden of disease, SLR , ITC …)
  • You work efficiently in a matrix environment with other departments (R&D, regulatory, RWE, Medical, Marketing).
  • You collaborate closely with the global Market Access Directors to ensure the HEOR deliverables will meet their needs and the country’s requirements.
  • You lead the interaction with Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies with each country.
  • You lead the PICO process for preparing the Joint Clinical Assessment in Europe for our products.
  • You ensure the timelines for HEOR deliverables are constantly met with high quality standards
  • You identify key value messages for our products and develop a communication plan to support them through your projects with abstracts for key conferences and papers in key clinical or economic journals.
  • You support the Group’s affiliates (Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, USA) for local submissions when adapting dossiers and economic models to country requirements.
  • You lead the integration of health authorities’ requirements during the design of clinical studies in collaboration with R&D and the clinical development team.
  • You participate in discussions for the implementation of RWE studies for Value & Access purposes pre- or post-launch.
  • As needed, you participate in cross-functional projects in connection with the Market Access Director for business opportunities evaluations with Business Development.
  • You identify and manage the HEOR vendors able to provide high quality work that will be acknowledged by Health Authorities.

This position is compatible with teleworking up to 2 days a week according to company rules. Location in Boulogne or remote to be discussed.

Who you are ?

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Educational Background: Scientific or economic background with a specialized diploma in health economics.
  • Experience: At least 10 years working in the field of HEOR either in a consultancy firm or in pharmaceutical industry, with a deep knowledge of health economics principles and methodologies as well as PRO .

Strong experience leading HEOR insights for early products and business development.

Advanced expertise in oncology, and /or dermatology and/or rare diseases, in key markets (US, Europe or China).

  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Ability to drive and influence strategic discussions. Customer oriented and strong commitment. Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple players.
  • Team management: Ability to manage efficiently a team of 3 senior managers
