iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Global Health Unit Programs & Operations Specialist VIE within our Corporate Affairs & Social Responsibility, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting the Therapeutic Area Lead(s) and the Head of Program Performance and Outcomes in designing, implementing, and measuring the impact of transformative global health programs.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential global and local partners to design and implement innovative health programs aligned with Global Health Unit (GHU) strategic priorities.
  • Support the Therapeutic Area Leads and Access Leads in the collaborative co-design of new programs with external partners.
  • Review initial Concept Notes and budgets, collecting and consolidating feedback from across the GHU team.
  • Collaborate with the Therapeutic Area Lead(s) and Communication Manager to develop communication campaigns for each program.
  • Work with partners to generate compelling content that highlights program achievements and impact stories.
  • Work closely with program partners to ensure project outcomes are clearly defined and aligned with GHU objectives.
  • Support the Impact Evaluation Manager in data migration activities as GHU transitions to upgraded project management tools and impact tracking systems.

About you

Experience:

  • Previous experience or strong interest in Global Health, International Development, or Access to Healthcare.
  • Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks and monitoring & evaluation methodologies.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and/or healthcare sector would be an asset.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Strong project management and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with evolving priorities.
  • Skilled at navigating relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Education:

  • MBA degree or equivalent master's-level business qualification.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
