We are seeking an exceptional Global Head of Product Management – Healthcare, a visionary and results‑oriented executive who will define and lead the global product strategy for a portfolio that directly impacts patients, providers, and healthcare systems around the world. This is a high‑visibility leadership role with a broad sphere of influence, significant organizational reach, and the opportunity to shape both strategy and execution across a multibillion‑dollar global business.

Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, Healthcare, this leader will own the long‑term product vision, drive profitable growth, and elevate our global Product Management capability. You will shape where we play, how we win, and how we continuously innovate to bring differentiated value to customers and markets.

Location: Flexible within the U.S., with preference for Wilmington, DE; Minneapolis, MN; Salt Lake City, UT; or Glens Falls, NY

What You’ll Lead & Deliver

Strategic & Financial Leadership

  • Deliver and exceed financial commitments, leading with disciplined P&L ownership and a focus on sustainable, profitable growth.

  • Drive volume, pricing, and demand‑generation strategies that optimize revenue and elevate standard margins.

  • Lead annual productivity performance across PFC, variable cost, sourcing, logistics, and supply chain efficiency.

  • Balance earnings and inventory through world‑class operational execution—including inventory strategy, cost optimization, and working capital performance.

Product, Portfolio & Innovation Leadership

  • Own the global product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy for the full Healthcare portfolio.

  • Lead portfolio health reviews, including lifecycle decisions, product rationalization, resource allocation, and investment prioritization.

  • Translate market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence into compelling value propositions and innovation pathways.

  • Partner closely with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Commercial organizations to ensure seamless product positioning, compliance, and go‑to‑market success.

  • Build and execute an enterprise‑level product and asset strategy ensuring supply, capability, and capacity align with long‑term business goals.

Organizational Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of Product Managers and Product Leaders.

  • Establish robust governance, clear accountabilities, and a culture that values ownership, execution excellence, and collaboration.

  • Build organizational capability by coaching emerging leaders, strengthening the product management discipline, and setting a high-performance bar across the global team.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field required; MBA or advanced technical/scientific degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of product management, strategic marketing, or relevant healthcare commercial experience.

  • Strong business, financial, and strategic acumen with a track record of translating vision into execution.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare markets, customer dynamics, and regulatory complexity.

  • Proven leadership in navigating ambiguity, influencing across matrixed global organizations, and driving enterprise‑level decisions.

  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to inspire confidence at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated success making data‑driven decisions, leading scenario modeling, and setting strategic direction for complex portfolios.
