Global Head of Executive Compensation and Benefits

Team Description
It is an exciting time in the People team at the Company. This role presents the unique opportunity for the incumbent to lead the Global Executive Compensation and Benefits team for Mobility Global.
Position Description
The Company is seeking a Global Head of Executive Compensation and Benefits (C&B) to collaborate with senior leadership, the business units, the HR team, and other functions such as finance and legal, in the development, design, and execution of the Company’s executive C&B programs. They will have a commercially focused mindset and the ability to translate that capability to People solutions through the Company’s executive C&B programs. This leader will draw from big picture thinking to deliver compelling, innovative and creative programs that balance business needs and executive experience.
They will be a key member of the People Leadership Team, reporting to the Global Head of Total Rewards. This role will have full responsibility for world-wide executive C&B programs in alignment with the Company’s Total Rewards Philosophy, and will lead the overall executive C&B strategy in close partnership with internal stakeholders for the establishment of a comprehensive program strategy in support of the attraction, retention, and engagement of executives. This role is ideal for a hands-on incumbent who can deal effectively with strategic issues while driving tactical operational solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive strategic planning, design, implementation, maintenance, communication, and administration of executive C&B programs, including but not limited executive compensation and Company stock plans, executive incentives, executive benefits (e.g., non-qualified deferred compensation, executive severance, executive health, and other perquisites), and compensation/benefits for independent board of director members.
Develop and lead the Company’s immigration, visa, expat, and mobility program for all employees; partner with HR, Finance, & Legal on compliant administration.
Develop and lead the executive C&B program administration; partner with HR Shared Services on administrative and data matters.
Manage vendors supporting market data and executive C&B program design and administration, such as the independent executive compensation consultant, stock plan administrator, and executive program administrators.
Assist Head of Global Total Rewards in preparing compensation committee and board materials; present programs to the committee or board as applicable.
Assist Company with preparation of regulatory filings as a publicly traded company such as the completion of the annual proxy filing, provide input on stock forms such as Form 3 and 4, assist finance with quarterly 10Q and annual 10K filings and stock reconciliation, and other regulatory filings as a public company.
Adept at identifying and analyzing data and behavioral patterns to help inform the design, communication, education and administration of executive programs.
Demonstrate critical thinking and exceptional people skills in helping solve complex system-wide challenges and in building teams of people who work effectively with you, each other, across HR, and across other Company functions to provide strategic and operational support to senior management and Board.
Actively partner on all complex business matters such as IPO, M&A, divestiture, and restructuring activities, as well as contribute to other corporate initiatives.
Facilitate the benchmarking activities with our independent compensation consultant to elevate our understanding of our competitiveness and evolve it over time to meet the changing landscape of total rewards.
Lead an effective, client-focused team that instills company-wide trust and value for the People function while delivering with operational excellence.
Communicate effectively with leadership and executives to convey the value and opportunity of the Company’s executive C&B program.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and tax matters in all countries where our Company has executives, relying upon internal and external advisors as needed.
Keep up-to-date on legislative and regulatory issues related to executive C&B programs and maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and regulatory requirements, such as for SOX compliance.
Establish the budget for the executive C&B programs and monitor administrative costs and pricing of such programs, recommending cost-containment strategies as applicable.

Qualifications:
10+ years of direct experience in managing publicly traded company executive C&B programs for large corporations having world-wide operations.
5+ years of direct experience in managing publicly traded company support of the board compensation committee, including support of all regulatory filings.
5+ years of direct C&B strategic leadership experience across multiple countries. Exposure to an innovative business, one that continues to reinvent their business proposition is a plus. Industry is open with a preference for consumer, financial services, and technology industry.
Understanding of financial statements and financial metrics.
Successful business partnership at a divisional/executive level, with proven success in linking people and executive C&B strategies to the business.
Experience in a growing global business and positive reputation for working effectively across levels of an organization.
Ability to navigate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures & company restructurings.
Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure on many projects at the same time and to coach/lead others to work in this type of environment.
Proven track record for managing and developing a high-performing team that fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer service.
Proven track record for successfully being a team member and/or lead on small and large scale programs.
Demonstrated ability presenting to the steering committees, C-Suite and Board.
Preferred Qualifications:
Immigration, visa, expat and global mobility experience including design, administration, compliance, and vendor management.
Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create positive work environment where silos are broken down with an adaptive workforce model.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the function cross function and the business.
Design thinking and people/executive experience.
A strong influencer that can drive change.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive Company benefits offered to employees in the United States.
