Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic global Growth Marketing Manager to join our Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice at Salesforce. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness within top Private Equity Firms and their Portfolio Companies.

You'll work closely with our private equity relationship managers, executive marketing, and external stakeholders to create exceptional experiences—from intimate executive dinners to large-scale regional events like our Private Equity Value Creation Days and our Dreamforce program.

What You'll Do

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute global Private Equity engagements annually, including Value Creation Days and executive dinners.

  • Leverage global World Tours and Industry co-marketing events for portfolio and PE activations.

  • Support and execute our annual Dreamforce Private Equity program and manage event sponsorships.

  • Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle: strategy, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and post-event KPI tracking.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Relationship Managers, StratOps, Product) to ensure seamless execution.

Pipeline & Revenue Impact

  • Use internal data to identify key PE Firms and portfolio target accounts and personas.

  • Track and report on marketing-influenced pipeline, ACV contribution, and ROI metrics.

  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies that align with Direct and Portfolio ACV targets.

  • Partner with demand generation teams to drive pre- and post-event nurture campaigns.

Content & Customer Marketing

  • Identify portfolio companies suitable for externally facing customer stories.

  • Secure PE and Portfolio Company speakers and Salesforce thought leaders for key engagements.

  • Update the Private Equity website regularly in alignment with the web team.

  • Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all event touchpoints.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Build performance dashboards and provide regular KPI updates to leadership.

  • Conduct post-event surveys and debriefs to continuously improve programs.

  • Manage event budget tracking and forecasting.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of B2B field marketing or event marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.

  • Proven track record of executing high-touch executive events and multi-channel field programs.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

  • Experience working with sales teams and understanding of sales processes and pipeline metrics.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on performance.

  • Willingness to travel 20-30% for event execution and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in private equity, venture capital, or professional services industries.

  • Knowledge of AI/ML products and enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • Experience with marketing automation, email platforms, and event management tools.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation package.

  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud).

  • Collaborative, high-performing team culture with global reach.

  • Flexible hybrid work arrangements (SF, NYC, London).

  • Access to exclusive industry events and executive networks.
